The CAL-10 PE Status medical bracelets are referred to affectionately as "leashes" by some of the crew, as they have a tendancy to beep annoyingly when you're doing something you shouldn't be doing (like getting into fights, or not sleeping enough/drinking enough water/otherwise wearing yourself down). There's an indicator light on the band that shows green-orange-red for a quick visual check of the wearer's health status.
