Wolfwood knows he can't bargain his way out of this. He committed mutiny, and while the laws don't call for mutineers to be executed anymore, he's expecting that he's going to end up back in cryo, to be contained until the ship returns to dock and he's locked up planetside for the rest of his life.
That was always how this was going to end, and he's made his peace with it, kinda. It was easier to be okay with that outcome when he'd thought the ship would be safer, but he's failed, and there's nothing he can do now but sit back and let things play out how they will. He can't stop L3TH3 from killing them all, can't stop whatever's out there from shooting at them again, can't change the ship's course or force the AI to wake up more crew.
